Manager (f/m/d) - Finance & Strategy

Your Profile: 

Just as every client project is different, we recognize and value the diversity of backgrounds and skill sets for our successful candidates. Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm or in a strategic level corporate role with prior consulting experience
  • Operational or advisory experience in financial services with a focus strategic and/or risk management topics
  • Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical and numerical skills
  • A track record of leading teams and delivering tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments
  • The ability to work independently and deliver a high quality end product
  • Ability and willingness to travel both in the UK and internationally
  • Fluency in English (foreign languages are a plus)
  • Right to work in the UK
Your Tasks: 
  • You will work with a selected number of clients to deliver a unique collaborative advisory experience. Our clients range from household names in the UK and European financial services industry to national champions as well as smaller emerging local players
  • You will work alongside the executive boards and senior management to identify strategic opportunities, implement transformational change, and to solve complex issues
  • Lead specific project work streams and manage junior resources to ensure client findings are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • You will be in charge of managing selected client relationships within projects
  • Additionally, you will take responsibility for a range of non-project related activities such as recruiting, adding innovative content for thought leadership, developing new propositions, and business development
  • Regardless of position, all members of zeb share the same underlying values and our clients’ interests always come first
